I'm not a tech person — will this be too complicated?
That's exactly why you'd hire me. You don't need to learn anything new. I do the technical part. You stay focused on running your business.
How long does an audit take?
One to three weeks depending on the size of your business. You'll get the written PDF and the action plan within that window. The follow-up work (if you want it) is a separate conversation.
Do I have to be local to work with you?
No. Most of the work happens over Zoom, phone, and email. For trades, shops, and other hands-on businesses, an in-person visit or two usually helps. We figure out what makes sense for you.
Will you sell me software I don't need?
No — the opposite. A big part of every audit is finding subscriptions and tools you can cut. I don't take kickbacks from any software vendors, period.
Can you actually do the work, or just recommend it?
Both. See the Done-For-You page — I'll set up your website, build dashboards, and more. For the specialized stuff (lawyer, CPA, insurance broker), I introduce you to people I trust. No markup, no kickbacks — just one fewer vendor for you to track down.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project?
Yes, but only if you actually need it. Some folks want a one-time build and they're done. Others keep me on for hourly coaching or follow-up work. We figure out what's right for you at the end of the audit.
